it helps when people use common sense. going around the barriers is -- it's hard to understand because we've had such great cooperation between so many of the agencies and the police and the public works, two of the agencies have been working hand and glove and a road that is partially closed until public works get there. they put up the barrier and the police go on to assist other areas. we need the cooperation of the public but all the agencies are working very, very well together. with respect to the two shelters, they're really open for people who feel threatened, particular thy those who are -- could be impacted by the tidal surge. that's supposed to owe consider around 12:48 p.m. if they are afrayed for their pets we have coordinated with animal control. they can bring their pets. if they're bringing their pets with them, we're prepared to even take care of the pets. we have done 6500 row versus 911 calls. there are robocalls, mostly in eastern baltimore county advising them of the situation we see it as well as the
